Calibration & Adjustment
The Need
A plant needs to know how an instrument compares with a suitable reference and whether its performance meets the process requirements. On-site calibration examines the measurement under defined test conditions.
If a deviation is identified, the next question is whether adjustment or further technical work is possible. Local testing also gives overseas technical teams a clearer basis for decisions about equipment installed in Israel.
Our Approach
IPS combines on-site calibration with adjustment, Re-Calibration and technical work where the instrument and conditions permit. The work is matched to the measurement requirements and application.
Following adjustment, the instrument is recalibrated and the results are documented. The aim is to resolve as much as feasible during the site visit and clearly identify what was done and what remains.
