Working draft on the staging site, pending operational verification.

Before final publication: verify processing locations and supplier terms, implement retention and deletion procedures, and assess EU and UK representation and supplier agreements. This draft is not confirmation of compliance with privacy laws worldwide.

Privacy Policy

Updated: 20 October 2026 | IPS and IPS Academy

The website operator and controller of personal data collected through it is IPS Industrial Process Solutions, an Israeli registered partnership, registration number 540353836 (referred to as IPS). Privacy enquiries: info@ips-eng.co.il, telephone +972 50 210 2863.

This policy explains what information is collected when you browse the site, enquire about instrumentation services, request course information or register an interest in training; how it is used; and your rights. This policy does not limit rights under applicable law.

Business locality: Hinnanit (חיננית), postal code 3786700, Israel. For written privacy enquiries, use info@ips-eng.co.il.

Information Collected and Its Purposes

  • Contact details: name, email address and telephone number, to respond and contact you about your enquiry.
  • Professional details provided in a form: company, role, subject and enquiry content. Training and guest-lecture forms may also collect participant numbers, a requested date, preferred region and published cohort (month and year), requested topics, event details and the training address, depending on the fields displayed. These details help clarify the need and coordinate training, a lecture or a suitable proposal.
  • Technical data needed to deliver and secure the site may appear in server and infrastructure logs, such as IP address, request time and browser type. The scope and retention of logs depend on the infrastructure settings.
  • A privacy choice is stored in your browser to remember acceptance or rejection of non-essential tools. See the Cookie Policy.

Providing information in a form is voluntary, rather than a legal obligation. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to handle the online enquiry; without the required contact or relevant details, we cannot respond or coordinate it through the form. You can also contact us by email or telephone. Please do not submit medical information, identification numbers, payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information unnecessary for a professional enquiry.

Basis for Processing

Information is used to respond, understand a professional need and coordinate the requested service or training. Where EU or UK law applies, a personal request before entering a contract is processed to take steps at the requester's initiative. Correspondence with an organisation's contact is based on the legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and managing the relationship. Operation and security are based on the legitimate interest in running a functional site and preventing misuse. Contract-related record-keeping obligations are handled under applicable law.

Consent to non-essential tools, if added, is separate from sending a form. This configuration does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. The forms do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on an enquirer.

Recipients of Information

The forms are configured to forward enquiries to info@ips-eng.co.il. Information is intended for IPS personnel handling the enquiry and infrastructure providers needed to operate the site and email, for these purposes, and where disclosure is required by law. The staging site is hosted through Jetserver. The mailbox uses Microsoft 365 / Outlook, according to the information supplied by IPS. Processing locations, supplier terms and international transfer arrangements must be verified before the final policy is published.

Enquiries submitted through the website are stored in WordPress and synchronised to IPS’s Zoho CRM to respond, coordinate services and training, and follow up. The record includes the source form and page, language, subject and your separate marketing choice. Instrumentation Course forms also record the preferred region and requested cohort (month and year). Permission to receive materials and information about the requested course is recorded separately; it does not confirm registration, reserve a seat, or authorise marketing on other topics. The connected Zoho account uses the United States data centre, so this processing may take place outside Israel. Access is intended for authorised IPS personnel and providers needed for these purposes. Submitting an enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.

Fonts in the current site configuration are served from this website. Loading from the external Google Fonts service has been disabled. LinkedIn and other external links open other websites, whose policies apply to visits there.

Retention and Security

Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose for which it was provided; there is no single period for every system. Enquiry details are kept while needed to respond, handle the request and carry out relevant professional follow-up. Once handling ends, further retention requires a specific, documented need. Customer, order and training records are kept to manage the relationship, deliver the service and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Information required by law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may be retained for as long as needed for that purpose, limited to what is necessary.

Details used for marketing or requested-course updates are kept while the relevant permission remains valid and the information is necessary for the authorised purpose. Permission can be withdrawn at any time. After withdrawal, limited records may be retained to evidence permission, record the withdrawal and prevent unwanted re-enrolment; this does not authorise further messages covered by the withdrawal.

The retention procedure requires a review of necessity at least annually and as circumstances require, with deletion or anonymisation when information is no longer needed and there is no other lawful basis to retain it. The current configuration does not automatically delete records after a fixed period; reviewing and addressing unnecessary information remains the responsibility of IPS. Available provider storage or an active account does not justify indefinite retention.

Enquiries are stored in WordPress and Zoho CRM, and notifications are sent to the Microsoft 365 mailbox. Deletion in one system does not necessarily delete copies in other systems. Deleted information may remain temporarily in recycle bins, recovery systems, logs or backups, subject to system settings, backup cycles and applicable retention duties; providers do not all have the same recovery period. Copies retained for recovery or legal duties are not intended for further routine use. Cookie choices do not delete previously submitted enquiries.

The site uses HTTPS. Information access, mailbox security, supplier agreements, backups and incident handling require ongoing organisational management. Security is not absolute, and this description is not a guarantee that an incident cannot occur.

Access, Correction and Privacy Requests

Under Israeli privacy law, you may request access to personal information and request correction or deletion where it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated, subject to legal conditions. Where the GDPR, UK law or another applicable law grants additional rights, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability as applicable. Consent-based processing may be withdrawn without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

Send requests to info@ips-eng.co.il. Proportionate identity verification may be required to protect information. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority, the relevant supervisory authority in the EEA, or the UK ICO, where applicable. An EU or UK representative, if required, will be appointed and their details published following assessment of the activity.

Privacy Information in English

Draft, pending operational verification. The controller is IPS Industrial Process Solutions, an Israeli registered partnership, registration number 540353836. Business locality: Hinnanit, postal code 3786700, Israel. Contact: info@ips-eng.co.il.

Contact and training forms collect the information you choose to provide, including name, email, telephone, professional enquiry and training requirements. Providing information is voluntary. Required fields are necessary to respond or arrange the requested service. Do not submit sensitive information.

Where EU or UK GDPR applies, processing an individual's requested pre-contractual steps is based on Article 6(1)(b); responding to business representatives and securing this site is based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Optional technologies require a separate choice. No automatic marketing subscription or automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is configured.

Enquiries are configured for delivery to info@ips-eng.co.il. Enquiries are stored in WordPress and synchronised to IPS’s Zoho CRM, recording the source form and page, language, enquiry subject, preferred training region and requested cohort where applicable. The connected Zoho account uses the United States data centre. Marketing and requested-course email choices are recorded separately and are optional. Hosting is provided through Jetserver. The mailbox is managed through Microsoft 365 / Outlook. Processing locations, international transfer arrangements, operational retention settings and any required EU/UK representatives remain to be verified before this draft is finalised. Fonts in the current site configuration are served from this website. Loading from the external Google Fonts service has been disabled.

Retention depends on purpose and applicable duties, rather than a single period for all systems. Enquiry, customer and training information is kept only while needed for the relevant service, documented follow-up or a legal obligation or claim. Optional email permissions remain separate and can be withdrawn; limited evidence and suppression records may still be needed. The retention procedure requires a review at least annually and deletion or anonymisation of unnecessary information. No fixed-period automatic deletion is currently configured. Deleting a record from WordPress, Zoho CRM or Microsoft 365 does not necessarily remove copies from the others or immediately erase recovery copies and backups. Provider storage availability does not justify indefinite retention. See the full Retention and Security section above.

Where applicable you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, withdraw consent and complain to a competent supervisory authority. Contact us using the email above. These rights are subject to the applicable law. Necessary verification may be requested. The cookie choice does not delete previous enquiries.

How to Send a Privacy Request

Email info@ips-eng.co.il with the subject “Privacy request”. Explain which right you wish to exercise and which enquiry or service it concerns. Use the email address you previously provided where possible. Do not send passwords, payment data or a copy of an identity document unless proportionate verification is specifically requested through an agreed secure channel.

We will assess the request under the applicable law. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims; if a request cannot be fulfilled, the response should explain the applicable reason and complaint route. Changing cookie preferences does not withdraw an enquiry or delete previously submitted information.
